Durston Olivia™ C130 Rolling Mill

The Durston Olivia™ C130 Rolling Mill is a professional-grade combination mill designed for flat metals, wire, and half-round wire with the use of side extensions. It features a solid single cast body and induction-hardened rolls, ensuring durability and a lifetime of high-quality rolling. The Olivia™ stands out with its unique patent-pending 50-to-1 reduction gearbox, which vastly reduces the effort required to turn the rolls — it takes 50 turns of the handwheel to rotate the rolls once, making it up to 10 times easier to roll material compared to standard 4-1 gear reductions.

This design allows the mill to be operated comfortably both sitting or standing, making it ideal for users with varying physical needs, such as those with back problems, disabilities, or shorter stature. The compact, all-in-one unit requires less space and can be placed anywhere along the bench, improving workflow and productivity.

Key features include 11 square wire grooves for wire rolling, a 75mm flat rolling area for sheet metals up to 6mm thick, and side extensions with 4 half-round grooves (4mm, 3mm, 2mm, and 1.5mm) to increase versatility. The rolls have a diameter of 60mm and a width of 130mm, with overall dimensions of 490mm (L) x 220mm (W) x 540mm (H) and weight approximately 70kg.
