Durston TUI F130 – 10mm Roll Gap 220V

The Durston TUI F130 10mm Roll Gap Powered Rolling Mill is specifically designed to roll thicker flat materials up to 10mm thick and 130mm wide. It belongs to Durston's cost-effective TUI range, which uses the same core components—mills, rolls, and casting gears—as the premium DRM series, ensuring quality and durability. Cost savings are achieved by replacing the cast iron plate and main guard with steel and having one central emergency stop button.

The mill features 130mm wide flat rolls for perfect sheet rolling and includes variable digitally controlled speeds from 5 to 20 RPM in forward and reverse. Two sets of extension rollers, securely stored behind black guards, offer four half-round profiles of 4mm, 3mm, 2mm, and 1.5mm, adding versatility for wire forming.

The TUI F130 maintains Durston's high manufacturing standards, combining durability, precision, and value for professional jewelers and metalworkers. Additional or replacement extension rollers are available in several sizes for expanded capability.
