Terms & Conditions
- Gift cards are valid only at designated branches and/or online platforms of this brand in Hong Kong.
- Gift cards are non-exchangeable for cash, non-resaleable, and non-refundable.
- Only one gift card can be used per transaction.
- Gift cards can be used multiple times; any remaining balance will be automatically reserved for the next transaction.
- Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Expired balances will automatically expire and will not be reissued.
- Gift cards with lost, stolen, or damaged serial numbers will not be reissued or replaced. Please keep your gift cards safe.
- If the transaction amount exceeds the balance when using a gift card, the customer must pay the difference.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or stored-value products.
- The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
