This Med Cap Hygiene set L includes MC4880L, MC5880L, MC6880L, 309L (cap carrier) and 3 pieces of MC300RS (retaining pin). In the closed state of the Steri-Safe Pro the med caps hand loosely on retaining pins and must separately disinfected and sterilized perfectly without any instrument falling out; at maximum of 180oC.
