The Durston Agile F130 Rolling Mill is a specialized, high-quality sheet rolling mill and a special edition of Durston’s renowned rolling mill range. Designed without wire grooves, it is dedicated exclusively to rolling flat metal sheets.
This model features a lightweight yet robust design with thinner frames that maintain full strength where needed. Its traditional T-bar handle allows precise adjustment, while the induction-hardened rolls (to 64 RC) and a main barrel hardened to 6mm depth ensure durability and a flawless finish. The primary roller includes five half-round grooves to enhance shaping versatility.
The Agile F130 has fully supported bearing blocks with self-lubricating, maintenance-free bearings to ensure smooth, consistent rolling. A heavy-duty 5:1 reduction gearbox with two specially formed gears ensures effortless operation, complemented by a protective guard around the top gears for safety.
