The Durston Agile C165 Rolling Mill continues the brand’s tradition of exceptional strength and durability, designed to support heavy loads effortlessly without sacrificing quality. The main roller features five half-round grooves, a generous 85mm flat rolling area, and eleven square wire grooves, making it ideal for a wide range of metalworking tasks.
Crafted with rolls specially induction hardened to 64 RC and a main barrel hardened to a depth of 6mm, this mill promises a lifetime of consistent performance. Proudly manufactured in-house at Durston’s High Wycombe facility, each component undergoes precise machining, hardening, and grinding to ensure the highest quality.
The fully supported bearing blocks use self-lubricating, maintenance-free bearings to provide the smoothest and best rolled finish possible. Durston’s industry-leading 5:1 reduction gearbox offers easy turning, supported by two internally formed gears to make rolling effortless and smooth.
