Description
The Durston DRM SS 130 Single-Sided Powered Rolling Mill is a compact, space-saving version of the popular DRM 130 power mill, designed to fit into smaller workspaces without sacrificing performance. It features a cast iron construction, ensuring strength and rigidity, supported by a powerful 1.1 kW motor capable of continuous operation. The mill offers variable speeds with forward and reverse control, operating nearly silently for a comfortable working environment.
The rolls are induction hardened to 64 RC, with the main barrel hardened to 6mm depth for long-lasting durability. It includes one set of extension rollers providing four half-round sizes (4mm, 3mm, 2mm, and 1.5mm) for versatile wire shaping. Safety features such as an emergency stop button, safety bars front and rear, and guards covering the extension rollers and top gears ensure secure operation.
