Durston Ring Stretcher / Reducer / Bender

The Durston Ring Stretcher/Reducer/Bender combines high precision engineering with heavy-duty cast iron construction for exceptional durability and accurate ring sizing. It features a six spline mandrel and 16 polished countersunk dies, allowing for the reduction of bands up to 12mm wide. The specially designed gear reduction mechanism makes forming effortless, while the integrated side bender is equipped with a hardened and ground bending die. This side bender enables bending of material up to 4mm thick and can handle half-round, flat, and oval forms, as well as engraving shank material into circular rings. The maximum stretch diameter reaches approximately 25mm (ring size 16), making it versatile for both stretching and reducing rings, plus shaping a wide range of jewelry metals and profiles in professional workshops.
