Description
The Durston DRM 130 Double-Sided Powered Rolling Mill is crafted from cast iron to deliver exceptional strength and durability, essential for professional metalworking. It is powered by a robust 1.1KW motor designed for continuous operation, ensuring long-lasting performance. The mill features variable speed control with forward and reverse, allowing precise adjustment for diverse rolling needs.
One side of the mill offers flat rolls, induction hardened to 64 RC with a 6mm-deep hardened barrel, providing a wide 130mm rolling surface suited for sheet metal up to 6mm thick. The opposite side is equipped with 19 square wire grooves, ranging from 10mm to 1mm, for versatile wire rolling applications. This dual configuration enables efficient switching between flat sheet and wire rolling tasks.
Safety is enhanced with two emergency stop buttons, protective bars at both the front and rear, and guards covering the extension rollers and top gears. The mill includes two sets of extension rollers providing seven half-round profiles, increasing its versatility for jewelry and metalwork.
