The Durston PrecisionFit™ Steel Marked Ring Mandrel is hardened to 64RC and weighs approximately 2.2 pounds (1kg). It features the PrecisionFit™ system, which ensures highly accurate ring sizing from sizes 1 to 16, eliminating the need for cross-referencing with other ring sizers and mandrels. Manufactured to International Standard ISO 8653, these mandrels are machined, hardened, ground, and engraved at Durston’s UK factory to guarantee 100% accuracy. Each mandrel undergoes a rigorous PrecisionFit™ Quality Control System to ensure reliable sizing. They also have ergonomically designed handles for comfortable and firm grip during use. The mandrel length is 360mm, making it suitable for professional workshops and large jewelry chains aiming for precise and consistent results.
