Description
The Durston TUI F130 Single-Sided Powered Rolling Mill is an economical yet high-quality flat rolling mill designed to offer the same durability and precision as Durston's premium DRM series, but with a smaller footprint and at a reduced cost. It features 130mm wide flat rolls with digitally controlled variable speeds ranging from 5 to 20 RPM in both forward and reverse directions, powered by a robust 1.1KW motor available in 110 or 240 volts.
Side extensions provide versatility with four half-round rollers sized 4mm, 3mm, 2mm, and 1.5mm, securely stored behind protective guards. To reduce cost, the design replaces some cast iron parts with steel and uses a single central emergency stop button, while maintaining key core components like the mill, rolls, and gears from Durston’s DRM range. Safety features include an emergency stop button, safety bars on the front and rear, and guards covering the extension rollers and top gear. This mill is built for reliability, long-term use, and precise metal rolling results.
