Description
The Durston DRM F130 Powered Rolling Mill is a premium machine designed for professional metal rolling applications. Constructed from robust cast iron, it offers optimal strength and rigidity for long-term use. The mill is specifically engineered for rolling flat sheet metal and features side extensions for half-round wire milling, providing versatility in metal shaping tasks.
Powered by a 1.1KW 110-volt motor, the DRM F130 supports continuous operation with variable speeds ranging from 5 to 20 RPM, ensuring smooth and efficient performance. The rolls are induction hardened to 64 RC, with the main barrel hardened to a depth of 6mm, guaranteeing durability and a lifetime of precise rolling results. The flat rolls provide a generous 130mm rolling width, complemented by side extension rollers in four half-round sizes: 4mm, 3mm, 2mm, and 1.5mm for detailed work.
