Description
The Durston DRM F130 Powered Rolling Mill is a high-performance machine constructed from rugged cast iron for outstanding strength and rigidity. Designed primarily for rolling flat sheet metal, it also includes side extensions for half-round wire milling, offering versatility for a variety of jewelry-making tasks. Powered by a robust 1.1KW 110-volt motor, it supports continuous operation with variable speeds ranging from 5 to 20 RPM, delivering efficient and near-silent performance.
The rolls are induction hardened to 64 RC, with the main barrel hardened to a depth of 6mm to ensure long-lasting durability. The flat rolls provide a generous 130mm width, complemented by side extension rollers with four half-round sizes: 4, 3, 2, and 1.5mm. Safety features include an emergency stop button, safety bars at both the front and rear, and protective guards around the extension rollers and top gears, marking the DRM F130 as a secure and reliable choice.
