Description
The Super Ringer 300, also known as the Power Ringer from Durston, is designed to efficiently produce thousands of jump rings quickly without the need for a handpiece. Simply insert the wire and press a button to coil up the ring; coils up to 300mm in length can be made. It features a separate variable speed motor for coiling wire, eliminating manual handle turning—a major time saver for busy professionals with high workloads.
The machine weighs 28.6kg and operates at 1440 RPM. It is suitable for wire diameters from 0.5mm to 1mm and comes supplied with 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm mandrels, as well as a steel blade. It's designed to be used with non-ferrous metals such as gold, silver, and copper, providing precision and durability for heavy-volume jump ring production.
