Durston TUI W130 Single

The Durston TUI W130 Single Sided Powered Rolling Mill is designed specifically for wire rolling, featuring 19 square wire grooves ranging from 10mm to 1mm, providing precise and perfect finishes every time. Powered by a 1.1KW motor available in 110 or 240 volts, it offers consistent power throughout the mill's lifetime. Digitally controlled variable speeds from 5 to 20 RPM, with forward and reverse options, give complete control over the rolling process.

The mill includes four side extension rollers for half-round wire shapes sized 4mm, 3mm, 2mm, and 1.5mm, securely stored behind protective black guards. The TUI range achieves the same quality and output expected from Durston’s premium powered mills but at a lower cost by using core components from the DRM range such as mills, rolls, and casting gears, while replacing cast iron plates and main guards with steel, and using a single central emergency stop button for safety.
