Description
Bench Anvils are large mushroom stakes for the bench jeweler. You can form or texture flat or curved jewelry and metal on these stakes. The wooden bases dampen the noise and the rubber feet keep the anvil from slipping.
The BA-5 Bench Anvil - Square is a 75 mm or 3 inch flat square block with different top edges.
The block goes from a sharp 90 degree edge to a 1.75 mm radius, 3mm radius edge and a 5 mm radius edge for forming sheet or wire. All stainless steel surfaces are highly polished and hardened to Rockwell 50C. The heavy 420 stainless steel block fits into a padauk wood base with rubber feet for bench top forming without the need of a vise.
This bench block is suitable for all nonferrous metals.
